NOAH's investment model is fundamentally different from a conventional PE fund. We invest with no intention to exit — our holding horizon is permanent.
Before we invest, we go out and earn conviction that we can grow revenue. Not through desktop research, but by taking the target's products and services directly to market and listening to customers. This is what we call "Sales DD" — our proprietary sales-driven due diligence.
After we invest, we build systems that run on the ground. We standardize sales processes, embed AI to eliminate inefficiency, and redesign profit structures without dismantling culture. This is the NOAH Growth System — our proprietary method for improving portfolio companies through NOAH's sales capabilities and AI.
Investment Process
Sourcing & Initial Screening
We source opportunities through M&A intermediaries and our proprietary network. We focus primarily on manufacturing-adjacent businesses with EBITDA of ¥50M or above.
Sales Due Diligence
In addition to standard financial and legal DD, NOAH conducts its own Sales DD. Our sales team takes the target's products and services directly to market to validate growth potential firsthand.
Investment Execution
Once Sales DD yields conviction, we execute alongside the owner, building genuine trust. We design succession structures that prioritize employee retention and preservation of company culture above all else.
NOAH Growth System
Leveraging NOAH's sales expertise and AI capabilities, we initiate operational improvement within 100 days of closing. We drive sales process standardization, CRM implementation, and AI-enabled efficiency improvements side by side with the team.
Autonomous Growth
