Ryu Endo

Founder & CEO

Ryu Endo

Born in 1998 in Kawasaki, Kanagawa. Founded his first company while still at university, taking on business operations and corporate management from an early age.

In 2020, founded BINKS Inc. as CEO — a digital marketing firm specializing in LTV improvement — supporting growth-stage companies across advertising operations, CRM design, AI-tool adoption and DX.

In 2024, sold the company to F-CODE Inc. at a valuation of JPY 3 billion. He continued as CEO within the group, driving PMI, new-business launches and M&A, and contributed to IR readiness for the listing process and to the management of subsidiaries.

In 2025, founded NOAH Inc.

From deal analysis and proposal materials through to integration execution and on-the-ground communication design, he leads the full practical scope of post-acquisition integration.

Sales & Organizational Development

Junpei Inoue

After graduating from university, joined the launch of the recruiting business at WILL GROUP, expanding the business alongside the current CEO, Mr. Sumi (then his manager).

After going independent, he moved into consulting. At a major mobile-carrier agency he supported network-coverage improvement and oversaw a sales organization of roughly 100 people, providing broad support spanning push-style sales teams, recruiting operations, hiring and training, and staff coaching.

Finance & Sales Strategy

Itsuya Kobori

After graduating from Waseda University, joined Nikko Securities, achieving top regional sales results and launching a private-banking division while cultivating many company owners.

Went independent in 2000, founding a video-streaming company and executing its fundraising. He has since led sales divisions at IT companies, large-scale fundraisings, the founding of new securities firms including foreign-affiliated ones, and new-client development for regional banks. Most recently he has supported manufacturers' sales efforts, winning prefectural and municipal contracts.

Capital Markets & Business Development

Yasushi Masuda

After graduating from Keio University, joined Nomura Securities. Following corporate sales roles, he took part in IPO support for companies including SoftBank and in the early launch of a wealth-management division for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Went independent in 2009, developing consulting for listed and venture companies, new-business launches in healthcare and nursing care, and M&A advisory. He is also committed to social contribution, including career support for student athletes.

Beyond those introduced here, seasoned professionals from finance, manufacturing, human capital and technology take part in NOAH’s vision as partners and advisors.
